Endless Summer Wellness Escape
Join us for a day of wellness, including a gentle yoga class and meditative watercolor taught by Jamey of Kahl Wellness. The Non Dairy Fairy will provide plant based vegan food. You will your choice of spa services and Dr. Carmen E. Jiménez, will be offering acupuncture to restore the body.

About the Event
Spend the day at Zen Mind Space with Mikaela Barnes and Jamey Kahl and escape on a journey designed to help you relax and revitalize. We reccomend you arrive at the space at 9 o' clock so you may have time to enjoy stillness while sipping on calming jasmine tea prior to the start of our yoga class. This mini retreat will begin with an all- levels yoga class. Mindful art and yoga instuctor, Jamey Kahl will guide you through a gentle hatha yoga flow followed by a sound bowl mediation centered around total body harmony, emotional balance, and energizing the spirit. After, she will demonstrate an introduction to art journaling using watercolor paint. Synchronizing movement of the physical body and exercising the creative mind will promote total body wellness, relaxation and opportunities for introspection.
Yoga and art will be followed by your choice of spa service. You may choose from a tension relieving upper back, neck and sholder massage or relexology foot massage rooted in the asian medical premise that the feet are a gateway to good health.
The Non Dairy Fairy will provide a vegan plant based lunch and snacks throughout the day.
