The Non Dairy Fairys ready to bake products are designed to make the baking process as easy and efficient as possible. With 4 pounds of cookie dough per case, this dough prodives 48 large cookies, 60 medium sized cookies or 108 two bite cookies for your guests! The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.
