The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start in its cycle of waxing and waning. Join us for a spiritual tune up and an evening of yoga under the stars, a sound bath mediation, and CBD infused bites. During this time the Moon is empty and receptive and full of potential making it an optimum time to plant seeds of intentions for what you wish to bring forth in the coming month.
Join us as we welcome the New Moon with movement, crystal sound bowl meditation, and vegan friendly CBD infused bites. Our flow will begin with intuitive movement and an all-levels yoga class guided by Jamey Kahl. This is a time to bring awareness to your power and ability to manifest your intentions for the new moon, celebrating a new lunar cycle.
