HOLY SHIT NACHOS!


I love playing around with different vegan 'cheeses' this recipe for a vegan cheese sauce is by far the BEST I've ever made! SERIOUSLY!

Cashew less, creamy and delicious. I put this cheeze on everything!




Essentials:

 

Salty chips + yummy toppings!

refried beans

nacho cheeze

tomato salsa

fresh cilantro lime salsa

green olives











This nacho cheeze is SO delicious! This recipe could absolutely fool anyone into thinking its Tostitos nacho sauce!! (without the artificial ingredients and preservatives.)


Two quick salsas!

1. Chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh lemon and lime juice (quick tip) Sub a splash of apple cider vinegar if you don't have lemon or lime! Mix together let sit.

2. Fresh green salsa. Blend all ingredients together. This sauce can also be used to dress a salad or pasta!

1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro

splash of lime or lemon juice

1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

slash of water as needed

Creamy Nacho Cheeze

INGRIDENTS:

1 Large russet potato

1/2 Large carrot

1/4 bell yellow or red bell pepper

1/4 cup Nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup water (use 1/4c at a time)

salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Peel and cut the potato and carrot into smaller pieces, boil until fork tender

Add all ingredients to blender blend until smooth

Add water 1/2 a cup at a time, use as much needed to blend into a creamy sauce

season accordingly, ENJOY!!
