This berry smoothie is so simple and very tasty!


To add nutritional value, without compromising taste, I love to add superfood powers. Some of my favorites include, flax seeds, maca root power and chia seeds. Check out our posts for the nutritional benefits of each!

5 minute berry-delicious smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana (the trick to all creamy smoothies)
1/4 c to 1/2c of non dairy milk (add slowly)
*optional superfood additions
1 Tablespoon of flax seeds
1 teaspoon of maca root powder
1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions:
Add frozen berries to the blender, blend Then add a little bit of your non dairy milk
Next break frozen banana into chunks and add to the blender
Add a much liquid as needed to get creamy consistency
Enjoy!
