Easiest Green Smoothie

Leafy greens

Frozen banana

Frozen mango

Superfood additions:

Hemp seeds

Chia seeds


#withoutameasuringup I use the handful, sprinkle and dash method.

The trick to a creamy, cold smoothie is to let your bananas ripen on the counter and then freeze them at their peak deliciousness. Frozen mangos pair perfectly.



  • 2 or 3 cups of water

  • 1 Handful of spinach

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup Frozen mango

  • 1 T Chia seeds*

  • 2 T Hemp seeds*

  • a dash of Spirulina*


  1. Blend water and leafy green of choice

  2. Then add banana and mango

  3. Lastly combine any superfood powers if using and blend


Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and spirulina are all *optional.
