Frozen banana
Frozen mango
Superfood additions:
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds

The trick to a creamy, cold smoothie is to let your bananas ripen on the counter and then freeze them at their peak deliciousness. Frozen mangos pair perfectly.
GREEN SMOOTHIE
INGRDIENTS:
2 or 3 cups of water
1 Handful of spinach
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup Frozen mango
1 T Chia seeds*
2 T Hemp seeds*
a dash of Spirulina*
DIRECETIONS:
Blend water and leafy green of choice
Then add banana and mango
Lastly combine any superfood powers if using and blend
NOTES:
Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and spirulina are all *optional.
